Nancy Mae McQueen age 91, passed away at home February 2, 2015. She was born in Rockcastle, Kentucky on March 1, 1923 to Charles and Bessie (Nicely) Blackburn. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Hiram J. McQueen; step-children Gary (Carla) McQueen, Diane Brown, Mike (Patsy) McQueen, 3 step-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind nephews, Carl Adams, Thomas and Mark Blackburn; nieces, Sue Curry, Carol Elliott, Jackie Blackburn and many very special great nephews and nieces; two very special friends, Jeannine (Wolke) Rice and Jennifer Wolke who were like daughters. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Quinton Wayne Mink, brothers Walter, John, Cam, Thomas, Jack and Jobea; sisters Minnie Doan, Zana Childress, Florence Adams, Flora Hopkins, Jean Elliott and Nell Blackburn; nieces, Ruth Balonivich, Billie Wanda Childress and Nephew Eddie Elliott.
