Age 76 of Fairfield, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born on March 17, 1941 in Hamilton, the daughter of the late Andrew and Pairlee (Campbell) Bishop. On May 6, 1960 she married Charles Jack Athey and he preceded her in death on March 3, 1995. Patricia worked for Ft. Hamilton Hospital in Central Supply for 43 years retiring in 2011. She is survived by her two children, Becky (Thomas) Puska and Timothy Athey; three grandchildren, Melissa (Jerry Sr.) Jones, Robert Manning and Tony Athey; and one great-grandson, Jerry Jr. (Stephanie) Jones. She was also preceded in death by her six siblings. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
