Phyllis Sue Winstead 82, formerly of Hamilton passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 12, 2025 with her family at her side. Phyllis was born December 16, 1942 in Livingston, Kentucky to the late Jack and Bertha (Cole) Morris. Also preceding her in death are her beloved husband of 37 years, Jesse Winstead in 2003, son Robert “Bobby” Winstead.
Phyllis leaves to cherish her memory, son David (Katie) Winstead, daughter Pam Schwab; grandchildren Evan and Dillon Winstead, Michael (Morgan) McFarland, Andrew (Lindsay) Robinson; great-grandchildren Otto Robinson, Ivory Rose Winstead.
She was a graduate of Hamilton High School class of 1960 and owned and operated K & P Permitting & Tax Service Inc. Most important to Phyllis was her family.
Phyllis’ family will receive friends at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Monday August 18, 2025 starting at 12:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm. Following services, Phyllis will be buried in Rose Hill Burial Park next to her beloved Jesse.
