Thelma M. Lunsford

Age 92, of Terrace Park, formally of Hamilton, left this earth for her eternal life with Jesus, at Indiansprings of Oakley on Sunday, January 27, 2013. She was born in Hamilton on April 11, 1920 the daughter of the late Earl T. and Clara K. (Barner) Huey. A homemaker she was a member of Hamilton West Baptist Church. On October 22, 1935 in Liberty, Indiana she married Richard J. Lunsford who preceded her in death on March 2, 1997. She is survived by three sons, Richard C. (Dorothy) Lunsford, Earl Tom (Pam) Lunsford, and Walter B. (Margaret) Lunsford; a daughter-in-law Denise Lunsford; 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her dear parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her loving son, R. Dale Lunsford; a granddaughter; a great-grandson; and her beloved brother Walter B. Huey and his wife Lula. Funeral ceremony will be held at 11 AM on Thursday January 31, 2013 at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, 240 Ross Ave., Hamilton, with Dr. Jim Menninger officiating. Entombment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 10 to 11 AM.
