Thurman Leslie McIntosh, Jr. went to be with the Lord Friday, December 30, 2011, due to a job related accident. He was born in Beckley, West Virginia. The son of Thurman and Irene McIntosh, Sr. He was preceded in death by his sister Sandra Withrow. He leaves behind his parents; brother, Charlie McIntosh; daughters, Christina Robinson and Kally (Marc) Butler; son Thurman, III; step daughters, Christina Heaton and Mollie (Christopher) Turner; grandchildren, Haley Robinson, Andrew Robinson, Olivijah Robinson, Koleton Roark and Ethan Butler; nieces, Tricia and Kelly; Nephew, Charlie, Jr.; and a lifelong friend, Donna Sheplar of Alabama.
Visitation will be 6-8pm, Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home 330 Pershing Ave, Hamilton. Service will be 11am, Wednesday, January 4, 2012, also at the funeral home with Pastor Valerie Trissell officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
