William "Bill" Powers, age 36, passed away November 5, 2012 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is survived by his wife Heida and their son Connor, his father Jack (Loretta) Powers, mother Gracie (Jim) Vance, one sibling Wendi (Kris) Prosser, and many loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
