Alan Veitch

In peace we lost a man so special to our hearts, a husband, a father, a friend and much more. Passing in the comforts of his home on January 21st, surrounded by those he loved, his wife Linda and children, Heather and Cameron. So many thanks to all those who have supported the family throughout Alan’s journey. He will be greatly missed by family and friends in Canada, the USA, Scotland and England. To a man that loved with all his heart. To a spirit taken home by the wind across the seas. Not a day will pass where those you’ve loved won’t think of you. May the wind be always at your back and may the sun shine warm upon your face.

The family welcomes you to join us in a celebration of Alan’s 59 wonderful years at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME “Upper James Chapel”, 1020 Upper James Street, Hamilton. Visitation Wednesday, January 25 from 7-9p.m. and January 26 12-1pm followed by a Memorial Service in the chapel. If wished, donations to The Cancer Assistance Program would be appreciated by the family.
