Alice Tosoian

Peacefully passed away in her sleep on January 12, 2017 in her 94th year. Predeceased by her parents Mooshig and Saranosh Esraelian, her husband Richard Tosoian, her sister Isabel Shadd, her brother Richard Esraelian. Survived by dear sister Mary Chalmers. Loving mother of Deborah and Martin (Joanne Carlsen). She will be lovingly missed by her neice Linda Gulotta. Alice was an avid gardener and will be greatly missed by Joanne, her gardening buddy. She had a special place in her heart for her past dogs Tarr, Korri, Missy and Mandi. Special thanks to Leigh Barr, nurses, doctors and staff of 7 South of the Hamilton General Hospital for their exceptional care. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday from 5-8 pm. Funeral Service will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Armenian Apostolic Church, 8 Mayhurst Avenue, Hamilton on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Hamilton Cemetery.
