I only met Bala once. He was nearing the end of life, and it was a brief visit to his home and family. I was deeply moved by Bala's courage and positive outlook. I will never forget this brief but profound encounter with this remarkable man.  I express my sincere condolences to Bala's family.

Please accept our deepest condolences to you on the passing away of your beloved Husband  and for the children it is a great lost to have lost you father at a young age. Please stay strong and remember and cherish all the teaching, guidance and memories you'll had with your father. Please stay strong for each other. Love you'll.

Balamohan was a true free spirit, always strong in his convictions. Even though this final battle is tough, he’s left behind a legacy for his wife, Saras, and their children, Ridhia, Chandhika, Sanggli, and Dipta.

We were so fortunate to spend some time with him, Saras and the children during his final days. He was so full of life and love, and I know he’s in a better place now.

No doubt Bala having chanted, his passage to his next life will be smooth 🙏

He has always been so close to my heart, filling my life with cherished memories from my earliest years. I will forever treasure the laughter, joy, and moments we shared together. As Helen Keller beautifully said, “What we once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose, for all that we love deeply becomes a part of us.”

Bala Mama’s warmth and jovial spirit will always live on in our hearts. He will be truly missed.

I am saddened at the loss of my friend of over 30 years, Bala. He was a devoted husband, a very proud father, one of the most honourable men I've ever known and a fierce competitor at both pool and darts! From the day I met him at the Cat 'n Fiddle, he always had a smile on his face and a joke up his sleeve. 

May you now be at peace, my brother. You will be missed.

We will always remember Bala for his big personality - funny, loud, loving, and just a little bit naughty. He was the fun brother/uncle who could always bring laughter into the room. A true Malaysian at heart, he never lost his love for local food; you can take the man out of Port Klang, but you can't take the Port Klang out of the man. Though distance meant we didn't share as much time together as we wished, the memories we do have are filled with his big heart and vibrant spirit. He will be deeply missed, but his love, laughter, and stories will live on in all of us. We pray for his soul to attain Shanti and Moksha with Lord Shiva's blessings and for the comfort of his family in this difficult time.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of my dear Form Six friend, whom I had the privilege of knowing from 1984 during Lower Six till 1985. We shared two wonderful years together, filled with laughter, friendship, and unforgettable moments.

He was always a very friendly and jovial person, someone who could light up a room with his presence and bring joy to those around him. His kindness and warmth will always be remembered.

Though his time with us has ended, the memories of those days remain in my heart forever. Rest in peace, my dear friend. You will be dearly missed.
