Peacefully with family by her side on October 8th, 2011 in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Malcolm. Loving mother of Bill (Wendy), John (Beverley) and Barry (Jean). Cherished grandmother of Kim (Jim), Tara (Paul), Heather, Karen (Matt), Jennifer, Lisa (Bill) and Tracie (Paul) and great grandmother of Nick, Katelyn, Chelsea, Travis, Rachael, Josh, Myles, Hannah, Paul, Noah, Jillian and Claire. She will be dearly missed by her many loving nieces and nephews. A special thanks to the nurses and staff at The Meadows for their care and support.
Her family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday at 11 am in the chapel followed by interment in Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Assistance Program (569 Concession St. Hamilton L8V 1B2) would be appreciated.
