Wilfred (Kah) was born in Skeldon, Guyana on February 6th, 1933 to Joseph (Joe) Browne and Constance Springer. Wilfred grew up in Skeldon/Sheet Anchor Village, where he was known for his cooking, baking, and witty sense of humour.
