Connie was born on March 13th, 1925 in Niagara Falls, the youngest daughter of Nelson and Mable McCartney. She is predeceased by her husband Edward (Ed) Willms in 1985 and her sister Patricia (Patsy) Currie in 2019. Connie is survived by many nieces and nephews across Canada. She will be deeply missed by Linda, Michael, Kale and Nolan Butler, as Connie was a dear friend who became family. A big thank you to the staff at Shalom Manor for their tender loving care of Connie over the years.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Marlatt Funeral Home, 615 Main Street East, Hamilton. Visitation at noon, funeral service at 1:00 pm, followed by Interment at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1895 Main Street West, Hamilton. The funeral service will be officiated by The Reverend Deacon Jean Ruttan-Yates, St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Grimsby.
