CHARALAMBOPOULOS, Constantina - It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Constantina Charalambopoulos at the age of 91. She passed away on Friday November 8, 2013 at Hamilton General Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Nafpaktos, Greece on May 10th 1922 to Vasili and Sofia Tsolis. She was married to John Charalambopoulos on March 10, 1942. She is survived by John, her husband of 72 years, her children George and his wife Dimitra, Alex and his wife Angie, Vasili, Angela and her husband John Tsatsoulis, and Steve and his wife Helen. Constantina was a devoted grandmother to 13 wonderful grandchildren and an adoring great-grandmother to 13 great grandchildren. For those who wish to come and pay their final respects, visitations will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME 322 Fennell Avenue East on Monday November 11th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The funeral will take place on Tuesday November 12th at 11 am at Panagia Greek Orthodox Church at 233 East 15th St., Hamilton. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Panagia Greek Orthodox Church.
