Peacefully, on April 26th, 2012, in his 80th year. Loving husband of 58 years, to Beverly (née Thompson). Beloved father of Danny (Phyllis), Carol Millar (Brian), Diane Ciravolo (Frank), Jamie (Carrie-Ann) and extended family member Cathy Henderson (David). Proud papa to ten grandchildren and G.G. to six great-grandchildren. Also survived by two sisters, Rita Saunders and Audrey White (Bruce). He proudly served his country in the Korean War, and then worked for the Brewer's Retail for more than thirty years. Beyond being " a good looking man" , Don was known for sharing his life and opinions with anyone who would listen. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to call at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME "Fennell Chapel", 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton on Sunday, April 29th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, April 30th at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
