Dr. Frank Lynes

Passed peacefully on March 17, 2015 at his home in his 81st year. Predeceased by his wife Maria, brother's John and Dan and sister Helena. Loving father of Krysia (Mark Gowland) and Stephen (Carrie Thomas). Cherished DziaDzia of Kent, Daniel, Maeve and Aaron. Dear brother of Madeline Heughan and Margaret Coffey. Deeply missed by his dog, Boco. Special thanks to Liz and Michael Jeney, the Neimanis family, Sally and Tony Mikic, the Halasa family, Dennis, Elizabeth, Marlene, Gina, Tricia, Kathryne, Elisha, Alicia, Cora, Jemima, Rodelio, Dr. Kerr and staff, Mike and Cindy of Duckie Enterprises and Ma. Frank was devoted to the Hamilton community and served as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was fortunate to have touched many lives delivering babies and celebrating new life with many families in Hamilton. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Friday March 20th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Charles Garnier Roman Catholic Church, 129 Hughson St. S., on Saturday, March 21st at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Reception is to follow on the upper floor at Our Lady of Victory Mausoleum. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Mount Forest Heritage Society, 102 Main St. S. P.O. Box 34, Mount Forest, Ontario, N0G 2L0, would be appreciated by the family.
