Age 61, passed away comfortably, after his battle with cancer on June 2, 2017. Leaving behind his children, Michael (Laura) Cryer, and Aleah (Sam) Sheculski, and grandchildren, Wilson, Cayden, Isaac, Brennen, Addisen and Kohen. Born in Hamilton, the son of Barbara McAnally and the late Thomas Cryer and step-son of Bill McAnally. Predeceased by baby brother, Michael. Brother to Michele (Warren) Drake, Anthony (Debbie) Cryer, William (Karen) Cryer, Theresa (Giovanni) Del Sordo, Thomas (Michelle) Cryer, and Gregory (Darlene) Meville-Cryer. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Ed was a proud mechanic, and an avid chess player. He loved Camaros, photography, and could speak and write about life, metaphorically. As per Ed's wishes, cremation to take place. Mass to be held at Most Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, 305 East 37th Street, Hamilton on June 7th, at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery, 600 Spring Gardens Road, Burlington.
