On November 9, 2017 Edward John Vallis "Ted" passed away at Macassa Lodge after a lengthy illness in his 80th year. Dear husband and father of Dianne and daughters Cheryl (Rob) Wessel and Tammy (Chris) McMillan. Dear grandfather of Katherine and Amanda Wessel and Cameron and Chloe McMillan. Retired from the Hamilton Wentworth Police Department Summons Division. He was a 32nd degree member of the Scottish Rite. We wish to thank the wonderful, caring staff at Macassa Lodge and all the Doctor's that have cared for Ted over the last years for all their help. Private family service was held at Cresmount Funeral Home. Final resting place Mt. Hamilton Cemetery. Donations for Community Living would be appreciated.
