Emily was a cherished daughter to Helmut Laubenbacher (Jennifer) and Brandy Laidman (Brad), and a dearly loved sister to Madison, Olivia, Gavin, Ella, Tori, and Logun. She was a proud and loving aunt to Ronan and Henry. She was the adored granddaughter of Helmut Sr. and Loida Calderon, and Edith and Richard Laidman, and was deeply loved by her Nana, Leslie Thomas. Emily will be fondly remembered by her many aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends.

Emily will be remembered always for her loving nature and radiant smile. Her light touched many, and her spirit will live on forever in our hearts. Visitation will take place at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
