Ferdo passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026 at St. Peters Residence at Chedoke in his 94th year. Husband to Ana for 76 years. Father of Ivan (Kelley), Barb, and he is predeceased by his son Walter (Karen). Grandfather to Justin (Kassaundra), Dylan (Heather), Brandon, Steven (Rebecca), Samantha (Ian), Michelle and Erin. He was great-grandfather of 3. He is predeceased by his parents and siblings. Ferdo worked at Dofasco for 38 years.
Resting at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton for visitation on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 from 11-1 p.m. followed by a service in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. with cremation to follow.
