Beloved husband of Nancy for 51 years. Devoted father to Bryon and David. Loving brother to Doris Richardson. Predeceased by brothers Joe, Walt and Bill.
Frank was a 40+ year employee with the City of Hamilton. Frank was a kind and loving person, a quiet man of faith. He was a loyal sports fan, especially the Hamilton Tiger-cats and the Toronto Bluejays.
