To our C-3 family at the Juravinski Hospital - notably Dr. Shaikh, Lisa, Dr. Gladstone, all of the Nurses (too many to mention), HCA's, PT/OT, SWs and Mary-Ellen (LHIN), we are forever grateful for the care and always treating Frank and our family with compassion, respect and dignity throughout his stays - truly exceptional.
To St. Peter's 3-East Palliative, thank you so much to Dr. Taniguchi, Dr. Solomon and all of the staff for the comfort and care provided to Frank during his last days.
To all of our earth angels, we are so fortunate, so grateful to have been encircled by our loving, supportive family and friends - Danny (Cork) and Shirley Corsini, golfing buddies Attilio Manna (Sharon), Joe DeIulio (Sarah) - just everyone!
