Frieda Fackelmann, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital in her 87th year on Wednesday July 25th 2018. Predeceased by her husband Mathias. Survived by her children Annamarie (David), Heidi (Jack) and Raymond (Andrea) and her grandchildren Emma, Greer, Brynn, Mattheus, Katrina and Adrian.

She was a long time member of St. Boniface Church. Frieda worked 25 years as a cook at the Black Forest Inn. (She made a great schnitzel!) In Lieu of flowers donations to the Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated.
A visitation for Frieda will be held Monday, August 6, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cresmount Funeral Home - Fennell Chapel, 322 Fennell Ave East, Hamilton. A funeral service will occur in the chapel Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Followed by cremation.
