Gail Moore, passed away peacefully at home on September 3, 2018 at the age of 61. She is reunited with her parents James & Florence and her brother Gary. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends. As per Gail's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Gail's life will be held at a later date.
