He is reunited with his wife Barbara Joan Allen and parents Harry and Katherine Allen. He was also predeceased by the mother of his children, Donna Slocki.
Loving father of Marie (Tim) Sharpe, Greg Allen, and Brian Allen. Step-father of Lorraine Kelly and John Ryman. Proud grandfather to many grandchildren. Brother of Robert, Andrew, Mary, Betty-Lou, Mildred, and Val. He will also be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Garry retired from Stelco as an Industrial Mechanic many years ago. Over the years he enjoyed fishing, camping, spending time with family but he loved riding his motorcycle with his buddies, the Honda Goldwing Riders.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will take place at a later time.
