Peacefully passed suddenly at home on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 in his 85th year. Loving father of Geraldine (Bill), Marilyne (Bob), Sharron (Gerry), Catherine (Jamal), and Jamie (Mike). Dad was a proud family man with nineteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by one sister Alice. Predeceased by wives Eleanor and Mary, parents Stanley and Kathleen Pack, brothers Thomas and Jack, and sisters Viva and Irene. He will be dearly missed by his extended family. Gerald enjoyed playing darts at RCL Branch 36. He was the owner-operator of Stanley Pack Cartage and Moving. Friends and family will be received at MARLATT FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 615 Main Street East (east of Sanford), Hamilton on November 27 from 6-8 p.m. and November 28 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 in the Marlatt Memorial Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
