

ARPINO, Giovanna (DiCenzo) Peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 in her 85th year. Giovanna went to join her beloved husband Giuseppe (2001). Loving mother of Domenico and his wife Anna, Angelo and his wife Cheryle. Nonna Giovanna will sadly and deeply be missed by her grandchildren Maria, Giovanna, Christina and step-grandchildren Brian (Sara) and Laura of Hamilton. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Selsa and late Giuseppe Corsini of Italy, the late Esperanza and late Giuseppe Accili of Belgium, the late Candida and the late Emilio Spino of Hamilton, the late Vincenzo DiCenzo of Hamilton, Josie DiCenzo (the late Benito) of Hamilton, the late Antonio and the late Maria of Italy, the late Orazio Arpino of Italy, Giovanni and Michelina Arpino of Hamilton, Rose Arpino (the late Mario) of Hamilton, the late Antonietta Arpino of Italy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Canada, France, Italy, Belgium and U.S.A. Resting at the MARKEY DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth Ave.) on Thursday, November 22nd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Rosary Thursday at 3 p.m.. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua Church on Friday, November 23, 2012 at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Holy Souls Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Peter's Hospital Therapeutic Rec (Palliative Care and Behaviour Health) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
