Henrietta Buscome Richarz

With profound sadness and heartache we announce the peaceful passing of our Mom (Henri) on February 1, 2025, in her 90th year. Born in Hamilton the only daughter of the late Robert Fulton Stewart and Isabella (Forsyth) who moved to Hamilton from Scotland. Dearly beloved wife of the late George Edward Richarz (2024) and cherished Mom to Kim Cunningham and Kelly Cunningham and the late Robert (Bobbie) John Cunningham (1978) Her beloved parrot Jake. Her beloved dog Ozzie who passed away January 15,2025.

Mom will be missed by her sister in laws Barbara Richarz and the late Gordon Richarz (Florida) and Colleen Cunningham. Thank you, Auntie, for all your help and support you gave Mom, Kim and I. Mom will be missed by her cousins Margo and Ricky and Mary and their families (Scotland) and her many nieces and nephews and extended family. All her wonderful friends and neighbours and her lifelong friend of 85 plus years the late Nora Longworth (2024) and family (Leslie and Rick) Thank you for all your support.

Mom worked at Westinghouse, Consolidated Bathurst and MDS Labs. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 11:00 am at White Chapel Memorial Gardens (1895 Main St. W., Hamilton), where Henrietta and George will be laid to rest. In lieu of flowers please direct any donations in memory of our Mom (Henrietta Richarz) to the Hamilton Burlington SPCA, 245 Dartnall Road, Hamilton. Our Mom's love for all animals goes without saying. Love and miss you, Mom. In our hearts forever.
