Peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at St. Peter's Residence at Chedoke in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Doris. Cherished father of Kathy Morris, Vincent (Lynn), the late Janine Murray (Ken), and Ross (Catherine). Loving grandfather of Amanda McCormick (Mason), Michael, Peter, Christopher (Katie), Mark, Curtis, Lauren, Spencer, Riley, Mackenzie, and Ty. Lifelong friend of Peter Kislinsky. Hugh was a retired employee of Stelco Frost Works and the Hamilton Wentworth Regional Police. He was a lifelong member of Garside Bible Church. Friends may call at the CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue East on Sunday from 2 - 4 p.m. Funeral service from the Chapel on Monday, November 21st at 11:00 a.m. Interment Mount Hamilton Cemetery.
