Passed away on March 2, 2016 at Willowgrove Nursing Home in his 89th year. Loving husband of the late Helen (February 2011). Survived by brother Eugene (Georgina) and sister Grace (Frank), sisters-in-law Frances, Mildred Ross and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Donald, Harold, Marion, Gordon and Doreen. Jack worked on the family farm for many years. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNEAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Sunday, March 13th from 1 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 2 p.m. followed by interment in Sinclairville United Church Cemetery.
