It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of a dear father and grandfather, John Selsek on October 9, 2014, surrounded by his loving and devoted family, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Anna for 52 years. Loving Dad of Mary (Walter) Bartens, Ann (Joseph) Rosati, Helen Selsek (Dave Robertson), John (Rosa) and Kristina Williamson (Bill West). Cherished grandfather of 12 grandchildren Richard, Kristina, Anthony (Daniela), Michael, Mikayla, Brandon, Nicole, Johnny, Victoria, Adam, Kristyn, Ryan and great grandson Luca. A special thank you to the staff of the Hamilton General Hospital ER and CCU. The family will receive friends at MARKEY DERMODY FUNERAL HOME 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Prayers at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Slovenian Church on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
