Peacefully after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's, surrounded by the love of her family on September 20, 2015 in her 81st year. Beloved wife to Ron for 56 devoted years. Loving mother to Fred (Elaine), Carol Longland (John) and Sharon Scime-Miarczynski (Maciej). Devoted and Proud Grandma to Thomas, Curtis, Travis, Christopher, Lucas, Emily and Allison. Dear sister to Rev. Donald Wilson (Margaret) and Martha Breene (the late Jim). She will be dearly missed by all her extended family and close friends. A heartfelt thank you to the staff of Haldimand War Memorial Hospital and to Grandview Lodge for their wonderful care and support. Her family will receive friends at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 720 Ninth Ave. in Hamilton on Saturday, September 26th from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. A private interment will take place in Trinity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Grandview Lodge would be greatly appreciated by her family.
