Loving wife and best friend of 42 years to Bill. The love that Bill and Jean had for one another was clearly evident and something to be admired. Jean will forever be loved by her children- Andrew (Helena), Katie (Gary), Paul (Georgia), Ashley (Peter) and Courtney (Bryan). Cherished Grandmother of Christopher (Veronica), Ayla (Kevin), Dean, Jack, Elyssa, Gwyneth, Nick, Olivia and Lukas. Long time loving friend and partner in crime to Patricia Milne, beloved sister-in-law to John (Blanche) and Debbie (Dan), along with loving Aunt to their children. Predeceased by her parents, Helen and Charles, and her sister Bette. Jean will be fondly remembered by countless friends and neighbours as well. Jean will be proudly remembered for her volunteer work with St. Joseph’s Hospital, along with her work at HWDSB and Hamilton Childrens’ Aid Society.
Jean’s education in fashion design carried over into her everyday life. She will be remembered as a beautiful person inside and out, who always displayed kindness, warmth and grace. She was our rock and our favourite person. Words cannot express the profound impact she had on the lives she touched.
