Jeff Flanigan passed away at Hamilton General Hospital at the age of 58.

He lived his life loving the outdoors. He packed as much hunting, fishing and dog training as he could into each day. He was passionate about his family, his friends, his work and his dog. He is survived by his mother Heather, sister Patricia, son Dustin and nieces Kira and Cali.

He was kind, loving and a best friend.

He is missed.

It was a shock to hear of Jeff's death. We first met Jeff while shopping for a car at Halton Honda. We had the pleasure to have Jeff as our sales person over the last 10 years. Always kind and honest with his customers which was a breathe of fresh air for us. We will miss him as will all who knew him. Condolences to his family and to his Honda family. May he rest in peace.

I have dealt with Jeff for decades and trusted him implicitly so much so that when it came to renewing car purchases I stopped comparison shopping. My whole family has dealt with him at one time or another. I enjoyed his company and friendship and would occasionally just drop in and visit to have a laugh or two and a good time. I was shocked at his passing and will sorely miss his awesome
personality. I would like to express my sympathy to his family and anyone who was an acquaintance or friend. As I said before he will be sorely missed.

I was truly shocked and saddened to hear the news today. I just found out on the Halton Honda newsletter. I remember buying my first civic from Jeff back when I was around 23...almost 25 years ago. Since then I have purchase at least 5 or 6 more from Jeff. I could talk to Jeff as if he was my own brother...there were never any "filters" when we spoke. Jeff was a good man and I considered him a good friend. I will miss our chats and our shared sense of humor.
To his family, I am very sorry for your loss. Please accept my condolences.

My deepest condolences to you Heather and your family.
Jeff and I both shared the love of Labs and the work they do in the field. I remember Jeff as being passionate in his training of his dawgs. I can still see him winning it all at the Canadian Sportsman Show in Toronto.
Jeff was patient with me as he helped me train Amber my first Hunt Test dawg. We shared several trips out West for a duck shoot with both Jeff and his Dad, Jim. I will be always grateful for the time I spent with your son Heather.
Go with God,

I worked with Jeff for over 12 years we always shared a joke or two when we got together. We shared the love of beef ribs which I would bring for him from Emma’s back porch. He also enjoyed my scotch eggs I made for him.
One time on my way home from out West I got stopped at security because I had frozen pickerel in my bag with too much ice in it they told me well guess who it was for ha ha. I got it home to him.
I will miss his smiling face he was taken way to soon.
Happy hunting my friend. RIP.

My sympathy and condolences to the family. I've know Jeff for about 30 years now, through Halton Honda. He was a great friend, and he will surely be missed. After visiting the dealership this week, I also know he will be missed by his co-workers. Rest in peace Jeff.

I have known Jeff for some 20 years. Started out as salesman/customer relation and became good friends, had planned fishing trip to Long Lac at the end of July. Jeff lived for the outdoors, he will be missed. Proud to have been his friend.
