It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Dad/Pa-Pa. Loving father of Tracy (Dave) Brewster and Kimberly (Sarb) Singh. Cherished Pa-Pa of Devon, Averi and Cameron Brewster and Reena and Mya Singh. He is predeceased by brothers Fred and Bill and brother-in-law Ernie. John is survived by his sister Darlene and sisters-in-law Barb and Parbattie. He was surrounded by many friends, especially his buddy Jim Foley, who will miss their daily outings. He will dearly miss his cars and car shows. He had a passion for classic cars and was always willing to give advice to anyone that would listen. Special thank you to the staff at St. Joseph's Medical Step Down Unit, who took exceptional care of him.
Memorial Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Saturday October 29th from 10-12pm where the service will take place in the chapel at 12pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Lung Association are welcome.
