Beloved husband and best friend to Bonnie Ricker Killins-Beres. Loved and adored by son John Jr and daughters Donna, Victoria & Lorrie, and step children, Derek Killins & Jennifer Killins Dzierzbicki. Much loved grandfather of 10 grand children, Alex, Justin and Dillon, Kristy & Melissa, Ashley, Heather, Sarah, Dario and Jessica. Predeceased by parents Burt and Mary Beres, and Brother Bob (Margie) and 14 nieces and nephews. Avid hunter with the St. Thomas Hunting Club and Volunteer at Macassa Lodge. John also enjoyed his crossing guard duties for the Hamilton School Board.
Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue E. on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 6-8pm for all friends and family. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022 by invitation only. Proof of full vaccination, along with government issued ID, will be required to attend funeral services for those age 12 and older and masks are required.
