It's hard to write how much someone is missed how much they meant i am actually struggling and that where I need to start sometimes life gets away and we forget what's important and this is very true for me, at times drama in life occurred for me and I didn't see my grandfather as much as I like to until he was sick and I'll need to live with this.

Days before my grandfather passed his mind was slipping and that's a fact of old age, but the last memory I have of him is the most important he turned to John Amanda and Myself called us by name and said I love you all and I'm proud of you he also apologized but kept saying he loved us that memory will be with Me for life he Also told my daughter her loved her she's 2 and wouldn't understand but now she has a keep sake as well

My memories of my grandfather and me together where lots of laughs some times he looked at me laughing at me instead of laughing together and would keep quite with a smoke in his mouth laughing with or at me either way his smile and the way he at me I knew he loved me and was proud of me 

Everytime I saw him he blossomed with joy he never told me he loved me as much as I need he didnt have to i just knew, i might have been his favorite but we wont know now but he did at the at the end he asked for forgiveness and told me he loved me very much I promised him I would watch over my brother and when he passes to drop in and he agreed and smiled and promised he would be my gaurden angel and protect me John Amanda Brooke and Kendra I truly believe this 

That same smile he might have lost him physically but his soul is here he is now my gaurden angel one thing my grandfather had was integrity he always kept his word I believe in my heart when I need him he will shield me of any evil and In return I will protect my brother and support him as I know their relationship was alot deeper

I want to say your missed but I think your happy your no longer suffering you are with your wife and family spirtually



John, you were such a wonderful man! You were so loved and will be greatly missed. You should be so proud of yourself for being such an amazing role model to Johnny. You taught him so much and he loved you with all his heart. Thank you for teaching him what true love looks like, you are now going to be with your wife and your son looking down on everyone. John will make you proud, he is such an amazing husband and dad just like you were. We all love you so much and we are happy to see that your suffering has now ended.  Love always Amanda 

I remember when I was a kid, my Dad took me to a summer camp. At this camp, we participated in archery, canoeing, hiking and building a rocket ship. What stands out most from that trip, we were throwing hatchets at a target. It was my Dad's turn to throw, which he did, but he threw it way to hard and the hatchet bounced back and almost hit the young kid beside us. We both were in shock but then we couldn't stop laughing. 

I have so many memories of being with my Dad were we could just talk, smile and laugh. We would drink coffee and watch movies together, it was a simple integration but it meant so much to me to have that quality with him.

I will forever hold you in my heart Dad, I love you.
