John was the beloved son of the late Lucjan and Apolonia Skurzynski. Survived by his loving brother Joe Skurzynski. He will be fondly missed by his cousin Janet Brown (Tyler) and her daughter Stephanie, and Stephanie's daughter Evelyn. Also survived by Jim Brown and his sons Austin and Dawson. Will be sadly missed by his surviving aunts and cousins in Poland.
Resting at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East, Hamilton for visitation on Monday, July 28, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Rosary will be held at 6:30 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 8 St. Ann Street, Hamilton on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery, Stoney Creek. If so desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
