It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Kenneth Taylor Sr., 87, who left us peacefully in Hamilton. He worked at Dofasco for 31 years, retiring in 1992, and was the steady, loving heart of our family. A true Toronto Maple Leafs fan, he never missed a game and loved sharing his passion for the team with everyone.
He is survived by Kenny Jr., Kelly (Rick), David (Ngaire), 11 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. He is reunited with his wife Gwendolyn, daughters Debbie and Patty, son-in-law Joe, and his grandson Christopher.
We will always remember his warmth, humor, and quiet strength. We love him deeply and will carry his memory with us always. 💙
Memorial Visitation will be held at Markey Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King St. E. (at Kennilworth) on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 from 5-8 pm. A Celebration of Kenneth's Life will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 11 am. Inurnment at Woodland Cemetery to follow.
