Ljudmila "Milka" Kastelic

Peacefully with family by her side on January 22, 2016 in her 89th year. Beloved wife to the late Ludvik (2012). Loving mother to Mary Ann Teal (Jeff), Andy (Kim) and Sylvia Klarer (Ian). Beloved Mama to Carter, Mitchell, Connor, Lane and Alex. She is survived by her brother Matija Jamnik and her sister Francka Gruden. Predeceased by her siblings Martin Jamnik, Sr. Aloisia (Iva) Jamnik, Joze Jamnik and Janez Jamnik. She will be fondly remembered by all her extended family in Canada, USA and Slovenia. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Jeurgens, Dr. Richard Levy, the Palliative Care Unit at CCAC, the Bayshore PSW's, St. Elizabeth nurses and the staff at Carrington Place for their care and support.

Her family will receive friends at the Cresmount Upper James Chapel, 1020 Upper James St. on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. with vigil prayers at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Annunciation of Our Lord, 280 Limeridge Rd. W. on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. with interment following in Resurrection Cemetery in Ancaster. If so desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
