RUMI, Marica Peacefully passed away at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital on January 25, 2015, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Ivan Rumi. Loving mother of Juliska Cutek of Croatia and the late Ivica Rumi. Cherished Baka of Zvonko Cutek, Damir Cutek, and their families, John (Ivica) and Vanessa Rumi. Marica will be sadly missed by family and friends in Canada and Croatia. Thanks to the staff of Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital for their exceptional care. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 7:45 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King Street East, on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations in Marica's memory may be made to Holy Cross Church.
