Mark Francis Shea

With great sadness, his family announces that Mark, passed away peacefully at home, on Sunday, August 3, 2025 at the age of 57. Loving father of Kathleen (Austin), Jennifer (Shawn), and Nolan. Beloved son of Michael and Vicki Shea and brother of Michael, Richard, Patrick, and Lori (Will). He will also be lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, especially long-time, special friend Dayna.

Mark was born and raised in Hamilton, a proud Maple Leafs and Blue Jays fan. He thoroughly enjoyed working with his fellow staff and the patients at St. Joseph's Hospital for more than 15 years. He just loved going to work every day, in fact, it wasn't even like work, he loved it that much. There are too many friends and co-workers that were special to him to mention them by name.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton on Sunday, August 10th from 4 - 7 pm. The Funeral Service will take place in the Cresmount Chapel on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 2:30 pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
