Mildred Pearl Wallace

Formerly of Hamilton, slipped gently away, at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 with family by her side. In her 95th year, Millie was the cherished wife of the late Frank Wallace and loving mother of son Bob of Burlington, daughter Diane Hodgson and husband Rick of Walkerton and predeceased by son Allan. Grama, fondly remembered by Rob of Toronto, Rich of Oakville, Alexandra and husband Brady of Kilsyth, Elizabeth and partner Sean of Terrace, B. C. and Carolyn of Sydney, Australia. As a lively member of the “Wallace clan” she will be missed by dear brother-in-law Jack and sister-in-laws Lorraine, Marion and Marilyn. Remembered by nephew Barrie(Carol) of Vancouver B.C and the throng of special nieces and nephews in the Hamilton, Burlington and Toronto area. Missed by Lennon, Lily, Tink and Elliott. In her long and by all measures, successful life, mom was a dutiful member of Barton Stone United Church (Hamilton) and an energetic community volunteer. Following a private family interment on March 3, a Memorial Celebration of her Life will take place on Saturday, March 31. Location and time to follow.
