Predeceased by his first wife Joanne Rigley. Born on December 28, 1928 to parents William & Annie Rigley in Hamilton, Ontario. Norm worked at London Life for many years as an Insurance Agent. He also worked at Midland Walwyn & Davidson Partners as a Stockbroker until his retirement. Norm loved to travel and seen most of the world beginning with 3 years in the Merchant Navy. He will be missed by many friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue E. on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 6pm-8pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice.
