With saddened but joyous hearts we announce the death of Patricia Stephens on October 27, 2025 who is now at home with her Heavenly Father. Predeceased by her husband Robert Stephens (2013). Beloved and remembered by her children Nancy (Wes), David (Jean), Katherine and Janet (Claudio).She will also be lovingly remembered by her sister Nancy (John). Predeceased by her son-in-law Lorance (2024). She will be missed by her eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Committal to take place on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1895 Main Street West. Celebration of Patricia's life will be held at Trinity (Transfiguration) Lutheran Church, 232 Fennell Avenue E. on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 2:00pm.
Heartfelt thanks to the staff and palliative care team from Bayshore and special mention to Dr. McWhirter and Nurse Pam at the Juravinski Cancer Centre for the exceptional care and support.
