With her dynamic personality, Pearly was happy to engage everyone in light hearted conversations. Pearly loved working through word search games, crocheting and cooking. Her Easter buns, fried dumplings and rum cakes were sought out by many family members and others. In 2017 Pearly suffered serious illness that left her with end stage renal failure requiring her to be dialyzed twice weekly. She continued to receive dialysis for four additional years barely complaining. The entire Outpatient Dialysis Unit at St Joe’s knew her well and were very fond of her and we would like to thank them for all their care.
We would like to thank St. Joseph’s Nephrology department, and a special thank you to Dr. Christine Ribic for her extremely compassionate care.
