Loving wife to late Robert Moses of 64 years. Sister to Wendy Spaulding and the late Wayne Bates (Ruth). Adored mother to Keith (Nancy), Donald (Pamela McLean Shea) and Mark (Cherylin). Cherished Grandma to Cassie Moses, Jordan Poulin (Nick), Erin Rea (Brendan), Laura Moses, David Moses, Madelin McCaffery (Paul) and Mitchell Moses. Predeceased by her parents Harold and Irene Bates. Penelope retired from Dofasco after 22 years of service and transitioned into volunteering with T.E.A.D. She was fondly known for her social demeanor ; especially when she was instructing tai chi with seniors. She will be lovingly remembered for being dedicated and supportive in all of her children's endeavours throughout her life. Special thanks to the staff at Macassa Lodge for their kind care and compassion given to Penelope throughout her time there. Cremation has taken place.
