Passed away suddenly at Hamilton General Hospital on September 9th in his 86th year. He is survived by his brothers Owen, and Bill (Lynn), and his sister Hilda, and will be missed by his many nieces and nephews, especially Paul (Linda). Uncle Danny is lovingly remembered by Mark (Jo-Anne), Brenda (Ian), and Penny (Gord). Great uncle to Christopher, Elliott (Laura), Kimberley (Nick), Steven (Marie), Alicia (Christopher), Ian, Amy (Jon), Katie (Ian), and Molly, and great great uncle to Hunter. Special friend to Lillian Haight. He will be missed by his extended family, and may friends. Danny was a longtime employee of Dofasco and an active member of Laidlaw United Church. Friends may call at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, 615 Main Street East, Hamilton on Tuesday, September 11th from 7-9pm and Wednesday, September 12th from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 13th at 11am at LAIDLAW MEMORIAL UNITED CHURCH, 155 Ottawa Street North, Hamilton. Interment to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
