It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Rita Charbonneau on August 30, 2025 at the age of 97.
Predeceased by her loving husband Gerald Charbonneau (2014). Cherished mother to Brian Charbonneau (Deedee) and Denise Charbonneau. Adored grandmother to Matthew (Sarah) and Michael (Katie). Predeceased by her sisters Noel and Lynn. She will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Rita was a long time faithful parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hamilton. Special thanks to the staff at Ridgeview LTC for the kind care and compassion given to Rita. Keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place and a Private Family Committal will be held. Donations in Rita’s memory can be made to The Good Shepherd.
