Reunited with his loving wife of 53 years, Susanne (2015). He was also predeceased by siblings Isabel and Bill.
Loving father of Richard (Sonya), Ken (Lori), and Kevin. Proud Papa to Tyler, Jennifer, Valerie (Gary), and Christine and great-grandfather of Pandora, Callista, Jolene, and Ronin. He will also be remembered by his sister Margaret (Frank), nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Robert enjoyed fishing, watching hockey and CFL football, and Sunday night dinners with family. He was a person of honesty, integrity, and quiet strength. As a hardworking steelworker, he took great pride in his work and was deeply committed to supporting his family. He carried himself with dignity, always standing up for others and showing unwavering respect for those he loved.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place with private family services.
