Peacefully surrounded by love on May 25th, 2014 in his 84th year. Beloved husband to Bessie for 47 years. Loving father of Emerson, Edith and Esther. Dear brother of Bill (Louise), Tom and Fred (Diane) and brother-in-law of George (the late Mary), Paul and Winnitt (Carolyn). He will be fondly remembered by his Aunt Nell and by his many nieces, nephews and close friends. Bob retired from the Ford Motor Company in 1993 after 31 years of service. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at the Hamilton General and St. Peter's Hospitals for their care and support. His family will receive friends a the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Friday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at LifePoint United Pentecostal Church, 887 King St. E., Hamilton on Saturday May 31st at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lifepoint Church or to a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
